How Impact Claims Consulting LLC collects, uses, and protects your information — including our use of AI-assisted communications.

Last updated: November 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Impact Claims Consulting LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects information when you visit our website or engage our public adjusting services. We are a licensed Texas public adjuster representing homeowners on residential property damage claims. By using our website or services, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

AI-Assisted Communications

Impact Claims Consulting LLC may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to draft, generate, schedule, or send emails, text messages, and other communications on our behalf. This includes follow-up messages, appointment reminders, status updates, and informational replies.

AI-generated content may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. Communications produced with AI assistance are reviewed for appropriateness but are not guaranteed to be error-free. Any specific advice about your claim — including dollar figures, coverage determinations, or legal strategy — is provided by a licensed human public adjuster (Miguel Lopez Vazquez, Texas License No. 3438627), not by an AI.

By providing your contact information through this website or otherwise engaging our services, you consent to receiving communications that may be drafted or sent with the assistance of AI tools. You may request at any time that we communicate with you without the use of AI, or that a human review and resend any AI-assisted message. To make that request, email miguel.lopez@impactclaimconsultingllc.com.

We never use AI to make automated coverage or settlement decisions about your claim. All claim evaluations, estimates, and negotiations are performed by Miguel personally.

Information We Collect

When you request a free claim review, book an inspection, or otherwise contact us, we collect the information you choose to provide, which may include: your name, email address, phone number, property address, the type of damage, your insurance carrier and policy information, the amount the insurer offered or paid, details about what happened, and any documents you upload such as denial letters, estimates, photographs, or policy pages.

We also collect technical information automatically when you visit our website, such as your IP address, browser type, device information, and the pages you visit. This is used for security, analytics, and site improvement.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide to evaluate your claim, prepare estimates and documentation, negotiate with your insurance company on your behalf, schedule inspections, communicate with you about your claim, and invoice for services rendered.

We may also use contact information to send you follow-up messages, reminders, and updates — some of which may be drafted or sent with the assistance of AI tools as described above. You may opt out of marketing or non-essential communications at any time by replying STOP to a text message or by emailing us.

How We Share Your Information

We share your information only as necessary to provide our services. This includes sharing claim details, estimates, and supporting documents with your insurance company and its adjuster as part of negotiating your claim, and with contractors, engineers, or other professionals we may engage to inspect or document your property.

We may use third-party service providers (such as our customer relationship management platform, email and messaging providers, and AI tools) to store, process, or send communications. These providers are contractually obligated to protect your information and may only use it to provide their services to us.

We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information when required by law, court order, or to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.

Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as necessary to provide our services and for the period required by Texas law and professional licensing rules. Claim files and related documents are typically retained for several years after a claim closes. You may request deletion of non-essential contact information, though we may need to retain certain records to comply with legal and licensing obligations.

Your Rights

You have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, request that it be corrected or deleted, and opt out of certain communications. You also have the right to request that we communicate with you without the use of AI tools.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at miguel.lopez@impactclaimconsultingllc.com. We will respond to verified requests within a reasonable timeframe.

Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information using industry-standard security practices. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Documents you upload are stored by our service providers and accessed only as needed to work your claim.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The most current version will always be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after a change indicates your acceptance of the revised policy.
